The stir fry recipe sauce is my absolute fave. All the ingredients you can find at a regular grocery store (probably in the Asian section) and you will make the sauce over and over again because it's so good!
Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons chicken broth, or more to taste
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce, or more to taste
- 1 Tablespoon chili garlic sauce (such as Sri Racha, with the rooster on the bottle)
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
- dash of garlic powder, ground ginger, onion powder
- 4 shakes of sesame oil
Instructions
- Microwave chicken broth, soy sauce, peanut butter and chili garlic sauce for 20 seconds. Whisk until peanut butter is smooth, then add in the rest of the ingredients. Whisk to combine.
When I make the stir fry, I usually include tofu (baked in the oven first or stir-fried in the pan), broccoli, baby corn, and water chestnuts. Sometimes cabbage. You can obviously add whatever you want. So good!
