CHICKENS!
We decided to get chickens! We bought 12 of them today. Three chickens each of four different breeds (Americana- blue /green eggs, Jersey Black Giant- brown eggs, Buff Orpington-brown eggs and Blue Andalusian-white eggs) They are about a week old and all females (hopefully). They'll stay in the house with a heat lamp until they get their feathers and the weather warms up. We've been reading up on chicken care. They'll be good for eating ticks and other insects around the yard this summer, better for them than us!

Wigwam Motel
We went to the (in)famous Route 66-era Wigwam Motel in San Bernadino, CA with our friends Tommy and Jami.

Kisses
Calvin loves to give kisses these days. He blows kisses, kisses our cheeks, the computer, his reflection... It's quite adorable.
First Haircut
We decided it was time to get rid of Calvin's baby mullet. :)
He looks so much older with is shorter hair!
