Oktoberfest in Munich!

 To Oktoberfest!  Follow the Lederhoesen!

Our beer tent of choice - Hacker-Pschorr's Hackerzelt - Himmel der Bayern (Heaven of Bavaria).
Delicious 1 Liter Beers!
A huge oompah band played in the gazebo in the middle.  Every 15 minutes the gazebo would rotate to face another part of the beer tent.
Enjoying the Hackerzelt tent after sneaking in...

Chug that beer!  If one attempted to chug their full liter stein, one would stand upon the table and begin.  The table would cheer and the whole crowd would look on.
Upon completion of a successful chug, the entire tent would cheer, dance, and sing.  This response was magnified if the chugger was female!
Pascal and Daniel, our new German friends!
Ryan debating whether Sara needed a matching Oktoberfest hat...

As the day progressed, we made more new friends.  David was from France.
"I Love You."  Though these gingerbread hearts were popular accessories apparently they were not for eating...  It tasted like cardboard.
The famous Munich City Hall & Glockenspiel.
