The Adorably Quaint City of Dubrovnik, Croatia

Ryan and I took 2000 pictures on our trip to Europe, and I plan to show you ALL OF THEM!!  haha, just kidding.... Anyway, we started in the city of Dubrovnik, Croatia.  It's a lovely, walled, medieval city on the Adriatic Sea.  The weather was perfection, the food was great, and it was so relaxing.  (Click on the pictures to make them larger)
This is the view of the old walled city from the apartment we rented.  It's common in Croatia to rent a "sobe" (apartment) from locals who use them as extra income.
There are walls surrounding the city that have survived since the 1200s.  You can walk around on them and get amazing views of the city.

There's a bar at the base of the walls, you can see it on the bottom of this picture

Streets of Dubrovnik

The city has a lot of side streets that go up vertically around the main squares, where there are restaurants, stores, and apartments.

We took a cable car to the top of the mountain outside the city so we could see it at night.

You can drink the water in the local fountains!

Dubrovnik at night, just adorable.

We rented an apartment in this building, our balcony was the second from the top.
I'll add more pictures as I get through them!
