Our last stop of the trip was Paris. You can see how the weather changed throughout our trip, where it was warm and sunny in Croatia and then cold and fall-like in Paris.

Amazing carving all over the outside of the cathedral.
The mid-day mass, which was kind of funny because there were hundreds of tourists walking through the church at the time.
Outside Notre Dame on the back side
The Arc de Triomphe, built by Napoleon to celebrate himself. It's the worlds largest "triumphal arch"
The Eiffel Tower! We were both surprised by how much we really loved the Eiffel tower. It's really fun to see the real thing, after seeing so many imitations everywhere.
Outside Napoloeon's tomb, these eagles wearing crowns were perched on the cannons.
Napoloeon's actual horse, taxidermied and residing in the French military museum
Napoleon's hat, coat, and tent, used in battle.
Napoleon's tomb
One of the quaint Parisian streets, this one was called Rue cler. If you were going to design a quintessential Parisian street, this would be it. There was a cheese shop, crepe restaurant (delicious!), flower shop, pastry shop, butcher, seafood shop, cafes, wine store, and open air fruit stands.
The gardens at the Louvre were absolutely gorgeous, even when we were there in the middle of October.
They use goats to cut the grass at the Louvre!
The famous pyramid at the Louvre. We didn't go in because we didn't have enough time, so we'll have to make another trip!
We took a cruise on the Seine at night. The Eiffel tower is lit up at night and every hour they have a light show where the whole tower sparkles for 5 minutes.
